Refund and Cancellation Policy

At HostNinza.com, powered by Cvacore Technologies Private Limited, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, certain limitations apply to refunds and cancellations. This policy outlines when and how refunds or cancellations are permitted.
1. General Policy
- All purchases made through HostNinza.com are subject to this refund and cancellation policy.
- By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility for Hosting Services
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on selected hosting services under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the order activation date.
- The issue must be reported clearly, and our support team must be given an opportunity to resolve it.
- If the issue is determined to be on our end and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, we will issue a full refund for that service.
Note: Refunds are not applicable in cases where the client causes misconfiguration, abuse, or violation of our terms of service.
3. Non-Refundable Products & Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable due to their nature:
- Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers – Once registered, domain names cannot be refunded as per ICANN and registry rules.
- Server licenses (cPanel, LiteSpeed, etc.) – Purchased via third-party providers, non-refundable.
- Dedicated server, GPU server, VPS orders – These are provisioned based on your custom selection and are not eligible for refunds.
- Server setup or migration services – Once work begins or is completed, charges are final.
- One-time setup/configuration fees are non-refundable in any case.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- No cash or offline/manual refunds will be entertained.
- If you paid via UPI or Bank Transfer, we may require your account details for refund processing.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel any active hosting or server service at any time via your client area.
- Cancellation before the next billing date will prevent auto-renewal.
- No refund will be provided for unused time unless it qualifies under the 7-day guarantee.
- Cancellation of domain names will not cancel the registration; it simply removes future auto-renewal.
6. Abuse & Policy Violation
If a service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or legal complaint, you are not entitled to any refund, regardless of the time elapsed.
7. Dispute or Chargeback Handling
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. In such cases:
- Your services may be immediately suspended.
- You will be permanently blacklisted from our platform.
- We reserve the right to report fraudulent activities to payment gateways or legal authorities.
