However, since our services are digital and instantly activated, certain restrictions apply to refunds and cancellations. This document outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.
1. General Policy
- This policy applies to all products and services purchased through HostNinza.com.
- By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated herein.
- We process all refund or cancellation requests in accordance with this policy only.
2. Refund Eligibility
Our refund system operates under two scenarios:
- 24-Hour Refund Window: Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of initial order activation — no questions asked — provided the service is unused, and no violation of our Terms of Service has occurred.
- 7-Day Conditional Refund: If you experience a technical issue with our service that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the order activation date.
Note: Refunds are only granted if the issue is verified to be caused by our systems or infrastructure. Misuse, misconfiguration, or third-party interference are not eligible for refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Products & Services
The following items are strictly non-refundable due to their instant and irreversible nature:
- Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers — non-refundable under ICANN and registry policies.
- Dedicated Server, GPU Server, and VPS services — provisioned on-demand; non-refundable once activated.
- Server licenses (e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, etc.) — third-party issued; non-refundable.
- Custom setup, migration, or configuration fees — non-refundable once initiated.
- Professional services or add-ons (such as security hardening, SSL installation, etc.) are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
- All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method used.
- No cash or offline/manual refunds will be provided.
- Refunds for payments made via UPI or bank transfer may require additional verification and account details.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel any active hosting or server plan anytime through their client area.
- Cancellation before the next billing cycle will prevent automatic renewal of that service.
- No refund is issued for the remaining unused time after the 24-hour or 7-day window unless the service qualifies under the conditional refund clause.
- Domain cancellations do not remove or refund the registration; they simply disable future auto-renewals.
6. Service Suspension, Abuse, or Policy Violation
In the event a service is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), no refund will be issued. Examples include but are not limited to:
- Hosting illegal content, phishing, spamming, or abusive material.
- Resource abuse or system misuse.
- Fraudulent payment attempts or chargebacks.
7. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
Raising a payment dispute or initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting our billing department first is a direct violation of this policy. In such cases:
- All associated services will be immediately suspended or terminated.
- Your account will be permanently blacklisted from HostNinza and affiliated platforms.
- We reserve the right to report such activity to payment processors, registrars, and legal authorities for further action.

HostNinza reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version of this policy.
